Well chuffed with Chelseas result today, Goodison is not a happy hunting ground for us! Now if we can just have JT back for our next game, secure Lamps and Cole, and it will be a good new year! Not so with IKTS though!

QPR started the game as if they had just finished their Xmas dinner minutes before.Indeed, for the first hour it was Liverpool up against 11 Christmas Puddings !
When players of the calibre of Downing and Henderson are tearing you apart in midfield it gives an indication of just how bad QPR were.
QPR came into the match a bit in the last 30 minutes but their strikeforce was woeful.
Can Harry save them from relegation ? On last nights evidence even a Mourinho/Guardiola combination could not save them.
I doubt if theres a worse side than QPR,Villa and Reading,at the moment. Those 3 look very likely for the drop already.
At least last nights win should dispel any lingering fears Baa Baa had about his beloved Liverpool being relegated !

Agree with that one Zidane

Thought Chelski were a bit lucky, with the Moyes Boys belting the woodwork 3 times. Such is footy. Great game nevertheless

BTW

Your lovely avatar has two cracking Christmas Puddings by the look of her, but PALEASE, after the festive season bring back that butt

Just picked this up from elsewhere and puts Bale, Young and all the other divers to shame, 13 minutes or so of sheer genius, well worth watching! :thumb:

Did your link work properly, caller? All I can see is a black screen. Not much fun watching it for 13 minutes. Or is it my computer or Spuds playing?

Works fine on mine as well......Messi is a true role model for the kids of today.

Comfortable win for United last night.I think Chico (Hernandez) and Van Persie are Uniteds best attacking option even when Rooney is fit.
Comfortable win for Spurs eventually.
Talking of the Spuds.....dtaai-maai,is my avatar back yet as promised ?
Where were you yesterday ? Knicking womens underwear off clothes lines or something ? ha,ha !

I never truly appreciated what a class player Messi was - a copy should be made compulsory viewing for the likes of Bale, Suarez, Young etc to show them that you don't have to go down at the slightest contact. Wouldn't it be great to see him strut his stuffing the EPL but very little chance of that.
