In an ideal world, we’d like to meet a westerner with a Thai partner who can share our responsibilities and become actively involved with meet n’ greet, cooking and serving. We’re looking for people with brains and ideas that can help make things happen and provide input in all aspects – sourcing, marketing, menu ideas, recruiting, etc.
