Lawn Bowls Hua Hin now OPEN

Post by Lee Anthony »

Dear forum co members.

Just to let you all know the lawn bowling club I have been promising to open is now complete and ready for action.

I have placed my advert with this forum and paid them some cash so should be ok to notify everyone safely.

It would be great to see some of you down for a game or a casual roll up.

I have rates for members and non members but having a game should be affordable to everyone.

Remember anyone can play, you don't need any experience or equipment, the only requirement is flat soled shoes.

The green is based on Seajays Resort. For exact location look on the website below:

http://huahinmedia.com/huahinlawnbowls.php

For those familiar with Hua Hin we are located on the Palau road, up elephant hill about 5km till you see La Valle estate. 1 km past there turn left immediately after family restaurant. There are sign posts for Jaidee Resort, Tamarin gardens and Seajays Rssort. We are 1 KM down this road. Follow the green Seajays resort signs.

Any questions or queries and booking info call me on 090 790 5778

Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Best regards

The resort and green is open early till late so no particular time. I think the best time to come will be after 3 pm when it starts to cool down a bit, but come whenever suits you best.

Is it actually grass? Not Synthetic or artifical grass which many clubs in Australia are changing to.

It's artificial grass supplied by the company that was used for the Beiging Olympics.

Playing cost for non members is a flat fee of 200 baht per game per person plus rental of the bowls and all the other equipment required, jack, mats, measures etc.
Equipment rental 100 baht.

Everything in for non member 300 baht per game.

I am also offering monthly, 6 monthly and annual memberships which will reduce your costs considerably if you play regularly.

I can go through all the options with you when you come down.

See you soon... Lee
