I'm reading "non-transferable" in the smaller print. Yes, it does say "the holder" also.

Maybe means to another resort? Or another person?

I would want to know for sure before I put any money up.

Just spoke to my friends partner who called the hotel. The hotel said that there is no problem with presenting the voucher as there is no name against it. They also said that to call them first to confirm your name and voucher number. I would have it if I had a trip planned as I've heard the hotel is really nice.
