Arrived in Hua Hin today and stumbled across the Crest/Santora project on Soi 7. Does anyone know anything about this project? I have to say I was suitably impressed when I visited the showrooms ect. The one berdoom units are about 5 million on the 3rd floor....there are only 4 floors. They also expect for the property to be paid for in full by Dec. which is the anticipated completion date of the project.
Can anyone shed any light on the project?
It's great to be back in Hua Hin........

I'm sure I'm wrong, but this sounds like an advert for the project?Divinemissd wrote:Arrived in Hua Hin today and stumbled across the Crest/Santora project on Soi 7. I live on Soi 7 and walk by the project frequently.
Lots of signs adverts and security guards.
It does look nice.
But I imagine it will be like all the others on the beach in the neighborhood.
No one lives in any of them full time. A bad sign for me.
Non lived in is just not attractive to me.
Rarely do you even see people on the weekends.
Another ghost residence??

Thanks Tony good point.....Are there any condo complexes that are lived in full time? I doubt it....I have to admit....I wouldn't like the ghosty feel.
As far as location is concerned....distance from town etc......is this a good area?
Are there any dog friendly complexes...as in pooches that are part of the family...not soi dogs etc.

More than likely a few have full-timers. With the majority of rooms being empty. Just the way this town rolls.
Dog friendly I've no knowledge of.
Fairly good area. I've been here 3 years. New bar/restaurant Soi 5/?, can be a bit noisy.
Find something you like, rent a place for a few months. Buying offplan before it is even built you are asking for trouble in my opinion. Always plenty available don't fall for the (price is going up Tuesday), almost full, or myriad of other lines, the sales professionals hack hack hack, oh sorry coughing a bit there use.
Good luck
Tony
