Hello from regular HH Visitor - Exchange rate

Post by Dekka »

I am back for my 5th visit to HH next week, playing in the Cricket Sixes tournament at the Dusit Thani. In Oz the current FX rate is 28THB to 1AUD. What is the going rate in HH and would anyone know what it is at BKK airport? Thanks and cheers.

Dekka,
Just check this site out for up to date info.

Rates should be the same at the various banks everywhere. Even the outlets at the airport.

Thanks Uncle. We each pump $1000+ into the local economy while we're there so every bit helps us and the town.

Dekka,

I recently compared exchange rates for £ sterling between airport and Hua Hin exchanges.
More favourable rate was in HH.
Not sure if this follows for all currencies.

The cricket starts this Saturday and finishes on Wednesday. Games go throughout the day. There is a local Hua Hin team in the tournament. They are the ones who have shown us Aussies how to get the most out of our time here.
