Well I am going to try to make it to the first ever FIM Motocross to be staged in Thailand. Here is the link
http://www.thaiticketmajor.com/sport/sp ... 1722&la=en
Top 50 - 60 riders in the world....
So no ride in this area for me tomorrow. Some of the other regulars may want to though...

Nice little run down to Prachuap Khiri Khan yesterday with forum member alf.
Took the coastal roads South as much as possible a had a quick bite to eat on the shore front in Prachuap town itself.
Lovely place and the bay is very beautiful, worth a visit for those never been before.
Decided to take Petchkasem road back to Hua Hin which was a mistake. The road conditions are appalling and didn't make for fun riding.
Stumbled across this wee marina by accident whilst working our way down. It's beside the Mermaid Cruise premises (see map below). I wasn't able to stop and investigate.. does anyone have further information as I spotted a some masts therefore sailing yachts which strikes my interest.

Just passed a massage shop on soi 94 (quite near Petchkasem Rd.) that is renting a silver CBR 250 for 700thb/day (600/day for three days+). Further discount may be negotiable but I didn't pursue.... nor did I ask T&Cs or if a helmet is supplied.
Great bike for a novice or tourist wanting to explore more than Hua Hin city.
I DO recommend you have some biking experience as well as Thai driving experience as the roads/drivers and 'not like back home'.....
Leaving for the airport this evening... see you all on the road next time.

Riding to Prachuab for the bike week on Saturday - get in touch if anyone is going and wants to meet up there.
