Prachuap Khiri Khan a 'disaster area'
Re: Prachuap Khiri Khan a 'disaster area'
Nice to see the government providing assistance. I'm told people rarely take out home insurance here since it's cheap to repair most rural properties and damaging storms are rare.

There is an equally huge HIGH pressure area east of China and in the South China Sea, which is causing the easterly to south easterly winds in the south of Thailalnd, and widespread thunderstorms and rain over much of the rest of the country.
I was always taught that air flows from areas of high pressure to low pressure areas, just like anything else that has a pressure difference.
