Don't know if this has been mentioned since the big bash of millions of litres of water going down the klong on new year, albeit good fun, but this is the first year in 7 that we've lived in Samorprong were we actually had water before and after Songkran.... shocking we were always out for at least a 5-7 days before and after.
Any ideas why? The new Mayor actually doing as promised? Thoughts?

never had a problem in 7 years in Thailand for water, before or after Songkran, must have been lucky
