Ayurvedic Clinic Restaurant
Ayurvedic Clinic Restaurant
The restaurant is only open in the evening and from 01 Feb it is going to be a Tandoori restaurant; a new sign went up today. It does not say it is vegetarian any more.

Re: New Ayurvedic Clinic in Hua Hin
Moja it states it has a good vegetarian choice not that it is a vegetarian restaurant.
Woke up this morning breathing that's a good start to the day.
Re: New Ayurvedic Clinic in Hua Hin
Until this morning the sign said vegetarian restaurant but as I said it has been changed today to Tandoori restaurant.
Re: New Ayurvedic Clinic in Hua Hin
yup always said vegetarian before, hopefully now will have something for us non veggies, also went to opening night bit of a surreal deal

Yes the opening was a tad surreal but now we have a 2nd opening to look forward to! Looking at the menu on-line it looks good with plenty of meat available.blue05 wrote:yup always said vegetarian before, hopefully now will have something for us non veggies, also went to opening night bit of a surreal deal

What a shame. I was quite excited as I've been waiting eight years to find a real veg restaurant in Hua Hin. If anyone knows of one I'd be delighted to hear about it.
OK so I'm in a minority, but surely there must be some other veggies out there somewhere!

Went to this restaurant this evening. We were the only customers which was a real shame. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The menu was a bit limited but did include a page of vegetarian meals; when I mentioned something that was not on the menu I was told I should have asked as the chef can make anything but they wanted to start small.

That would have irritated me intensely.moja wrote:when I mentioned something that was not on the menu I was told I should have asked as the chef can make anything but they wanted to start small.
Keep going, moja, and let us know when they have a decent range of non-vegetarian food, with naan and parathas, all neatly printed out on a menu!

The garlic and plain naans were excellent and they do have a fairly decent range of non-vegetarian food leaning towards tandoori but it seems you only have to ask for anything else......... Worth a visit as what we ate was delicious.
