The last time my family and I were in Hua Hin, we had a fantastic feast at Maragarita's former location. I spoke with manager Hugo today and he confirmed that they are up and running at the back of the grand market. I was happy to hear that they are still cookin' as we will be in Hua Hin soon.

Has anyone been there recently?

I was there this past week. While the new place is a mere shell of the old place, the quality of what food items they still offer is still good. Then menu is a single-sided, one-page laminated sheet of paper. Seating is outdoors and I had some pesky flies trying to sample my food, and there were three soi cats -- two of them got into a fight about five feet from me. Other than that, it's all good!

Food quality a 10, ambience a 3.5?
