Found a few entries online for a festival going on between Apr 28 and May 8 at Queen Sirikit Park (19 rai). As usual very little marketing or details in English.
Music concert "KID DEE TUM DEE" by Pongsit Campree and Surachai Juntimaton. Food festival and cultural performances.

26 Apr until 5 May. Went last night. There's the usual stuff. Market stalls along the street. Funfair. Central seating area in front of stage with food and drink in easy reach. Miss Hua Hin contest on 5 May. There was a reasonable Thai pop concert last night. Probably different artists each night. This poster is taken from huahin.go.th website. Sorry, it's in Thai - get the mrs / better half to read it.
