That'll be just the one, you Sycophantic Bellend.

He's also been absolutely abysmal this year and is essentially getting sacked. :P

2nd in the league, semi final in the CL, in the Spanish Cup Final later this month - I agree, absolutely abysmal.

Excuse me for butting into a private argument but your defence of Dalgliesh,Benitez and all things Liverpool over the years makes that "sychophantic" statement quite laughable.

Sorry?

I was calling Mourinho Sycophantic, not Caller.

I wouldn't call you a Bellend, never mind Caller.

It's spelt Dalglish by the way, you should be able to spell the name of one of the most successful people to ever play the game.

7-0 aggregate defeat is pretty humbling to say the least

Not sure it's the end of an era though, time will tell on that score.
They still have some great players, but take the main man out & they looked pretty ordinary at times.

Munich look a superb fit and strong side. Not many people would bet against them beating Dortmund at Wembley on May 25th.
Maybe the end of an era......Barca have been recognised as the best in Europe for a few years now,so nice to have a bit of a change.
Bayern Munich 0 Arsenal 2......how on earth did that happen ? 8)

Bayern had a rest as they already qualified!

Wasnt it the last 16 tie where Bayern won 3-1 at The Emirates but Arsenal won 2-0 in Munich, with the Germans going through on away goals ??

Maybe re-phrase it "Bayern had a rest because they thought they had already qualified."

Not having this rip up the Barca methodology in the space of a week, Barca and Spain have spanked everyone for the past 5 years.

It's not as though fast and direct is a new way of playing. United have bossed the Premier League for 20 years doing similar. United in recent years have overcome Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool with what I'd consider shite inferior midfielders.

It's not new lady's and Gentlemen.

Bayern are boss though.

Maybe, and whilst I didn't see the game, the reports said that Real could have quite easily turned around the result against Dortmund on Tuesday..........but they didn't, it's the results that count.

For sure, playing at Bayern's home ground, with nearly all the support and a very superior attitude built-in, what was the flag they paraded, 'our city, our stadium, our cup'. Yeah, some fluke to overcome all of that and become European champions. Let me know when the Spuds get close.
