Looking for house to rent max 15.000

I am looking for a house to rent, long term, in Hua Hin, Khao Takiab, etc. I do not want to pay more than 15,000 per month. I will have a car so a few kilometers from town is OK. Does anyone have anything to offer or know of a good place?

what are you looking for in terms of room gardens etc?

I know of a couple that friends stay in that are about 12k a month, 2 beds fully furnished. between soi 94 and 88 , well kitted out

At least 2 bedrooms. I don't like gardening. For the rest it just needs to be clean, safe and not in a noisy neibourhood.

House across from me is for rent long term 10000 a month,500metres to the beach at khao kalok(paknam pran) 30mins from hua hin market village,20mins from tesco and makro,plenty of restaurants nearby
3bedroom 2 bathroom,big house,the thai owners seem nice enough.
its a quiet street the house is at the end of a no thru road paddocks on one side.

Thanks. I've never been down there. I'll drive down when I get back to Hua Hin at the end of next week and look the area over.
