I found it funny that he was 'in the mix' too.BaaBaa. wrote:David Moyes. This is brilliant stuff.

In reality Baa Baa you know they're gonna nick Mourinho (as long as he convinces the board, and means it, that he's going to stick around). All these last few months have just been part of the Premier League 'lakorn' in regards to the Special One going to Chelsea. I was kind off miffed all along...
Really? Abromovich is going to re-hire an employee? One that he himself sacked?'... that ain't his style. Nor will it ever be.
So the real question is... Who's going to take charge of Chelsea now the news is out?
Interesting stuff either way.

According to most decent Journos on Twitter, Moyes will be announced in the next 48 hours, The Times are running with it tomorrow and the United hierarchy don't want Mourinho. Charlton is known to not want Mourinho.
Benitez basically confirmed yesterday that Mourinho will be at Chelsea.

Scrap my last post then. Thought I sounded like I knew what I was saying for a moment... *deletes post with a customary 'Sorry, wrong thread'*
So United have Moyes then...

Good luck with that

Steve Kean is still up for it too I've heard. He'll hit the ground running again.

Once again you miss the mark by miles. My point was who really cares about what happens to United. As a teacher you must be familiar with the phrase, "must try harder"GLCQuantum wrote:A fairly dumb comment that one. United have ruled the Premier League and the league before with Fergie at the helm for many a year . Of course other supporters are interested in who they get as it may lead to their downfall. It may also mean they become even stronger.arcadianagain wrote:Hands up all those, apart from the media and United supporters, really care.
Losing your touch a bit Arcadian. Less of the moonshine will put you in good stead.

Whatever happens to United directly effects any other team in the league (especially those around the top of itarcadianagain wrote:Once again you miss the mark by miles. Possible humour block on my end.

Very entertaining football and good for those who don't want/need to take sides, wish I was one of them now.

Ho hum... 6 points still to play for. Let's hope Wigan pull out all the stops in their must win game against the Arse.
