Looking for an unreliable builder?

Post by easyas »

If you have suffered unreliability (to include dishonesty, incompetance et al) from your builder please PM me. I am setting up a database of Hua Hin miscreants for the benefit of all. Your identity (or rather lack of one) will be limited to your log in.

Easyas

Wouldn't 't it be a much better idea, to set up a database of reliable builders and tradesmen.
Companies that you'd be happy to recommend.
Customers could provide a service rating from 1-10, in much the same way that hotels get rated.
As a home owner in Hua Hin, I think that would be very useful.

If you start making blacklists, you might be sued for libel, not to mention incurring the wrath of those on your list.

Just a suggestion .....

:agree: ... and not to mention the fact that you have no way of checking if the person's complaint is genuine or a knife-in-the-back job.

Agree, accentuate the positive. Good builders can be hard to find but somehow the crooks and cowboys can find you easily enough.

... and that wrath has proven fatal to some and paralyzing for life for others I know here in Hua Hin. Life is cheap (or death is cheap) here if you piss off a person with connections and money.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

You must just love hospital food.

bonnielass has given you good advice, I suggest you take it, or it could be a case of Easyas shooting fish in a barrel, for the Thais you upset. :thumb:
