Have gotten into nitrox diving over here and it has become quite popular.

Anyone know if nitrox has found Thailand dive sites? Buksi?

Yes, Nitrox is readily available at all the major dive destinations; Koh Tao, Phuket etc.

Most live a boards offer it also, some will throw it in if you pre-pay your trip... Saves on costs....
