Erm... forgive me if this is a silly question, 3wood, but are you asking yourself a question there...? :?

If you mean, is it possible to have a retirement extension if you have bought a house by forming a company? - the answer is yes.

You have to forgive my ignorance on using forums Dtaai-maai, you have answered my question,

I'm thinking about getting a retirement visa, I can see a bit of a contradiction :

being the Md could be regarded as working ( may be ok if non trading company );

retirement means you shouldn't be working, just wondered about this situation

I can't quote the law, but I know a number of people on retirement 'visas' who have bought their house by creating a company.
