Personally, the thought of a trip up in the balloon doesn't really appeal to me (each to his own). However, I glanced in through the entrance as I've driven past and it looks quite pleasant in the park. Is the park open to non-flyers/riders?

Magic Balloon Kids Park:
Children from 5 years old like our Kids Park. It is constructed from environmentally friendly materials. Kids Park is located above the ground, not so high. Its constructions, bridges and ropes are directly between the trees. The kids likes to make competitions in strength and agility playing in the air among the trees. Kids enjoy jumping with Inflatable toys . For the little ones we have sandboxes with toys in a beautiful shady garden. So little ones can play while being constantly supervised by a member of our staff.
In addition to physical exercises, Magic Balloon Park (tm) offers art classes for children at the "be an Artist" site – here our young artists can paint a pictures or a figures, make sculptures, drawing with crayons and paints.

Magic Balloon Park staff is well-educated for work with children. Your children are always will be under attendance of our staff, watching for them and their games.

Many parents have already appreciated this opportunity and happy to come to the park, leaving their children in the care of the staff and come themselves to enjoy the food and drinks in the Restaurant.

Good for you, how high do you go with that balloon of yours? Some years ago I was up at that temple on the hill in Petchaburi on a clear day and you could see those tall apartment blocks between Cha Am and Hua Hin which were over 50km away.
