Where to look for Thai staff

Please be so kind to direct me to a right place.
I'm in need of general labor staff for my company about 3-6 persons.
And an English speaking super to be able to communicate with staff.
Any Ideas where to look for 'em.

I may have your English speaking super, can you tell me more about the role involved? She would need upwards of .18k a month to consider it. Though. I may also have one more member of staff.

Thanks but sorry can't afford to pay more then 13k to a super and 9k to a gen staff. It's not much of the supervision it's just mainly ability to speak English with me and communicate with Thai staff. Staff will do something very similar to a car wash so I need mostly young males.

What is similar to car wash? Motocy wash? I'm puzzled!
