Locals reported a foreigner to police as he was not working but had a lavish life style in HH.--WHAT??
I think all you lavish spenders better be careful, more meals in the night market and no buying high-priced bar -girl drinks down on the strip. If you buy the girls more that one drink they might turn you in (after they have turned you over)

How low do you have to be to steal from a hospital. It is believed that at least $800,000 was stolen from the hospital by Mr Cardwell and his conspiritors
Re: Man wanted in US nabbed in Hua Hin
What an amateur. He should have done like me: working six days a week and maintaining a modest life style and nobody suspects a thing!
We are all living in 'the good old days' of the future.

However, on Aug 29, 2012, Mr Cardwell attempted to obtain a new passport in his birth name, Paul David Sappington, but his application was denied and he faced another arrest warrant for violating the terms of his pre-trial release.
On Friday investigators went to Mr Cardwell's door and asked to see his passport. Police said he was unable to provide a passport and later confessed to being the same person wanted in the US. [/quote]
So how did he get into Thailand? By parachute?
