Hello, I am new to this forum although not new to Thailand. I have spent 10 years in Pattaya but moved here on 01 July..
Joined as I wish to know more about Hua Hin although I like to get on my bike to find out what is going on. Obviously dining recommendations and good advice is what I am looking for. Hope I can add to the forum in some way. I am used to some of the Pattaya forums but understand the craziness of Pattaya is not here in Hua Hin and that is why I am here. I am not a youngster but not a prude, I know how to enjoy myself; I have a great Thai girlfriend who has kept me company after my divorce from an English lass. I am not a pussy and can read between the lines. I love Thailand but won't say bad things about my homeland cos I know they will take care of me if Thailand spits me out.
Happy to be here.

Welcome to the Hua Hin forum dalmatiandave
If you survived 10 years in Pattaya then you will find HH easy going.

I've lost my mind and I am making no effort to find it.

Re: Newbie in the zone
Thanks guys.
I am living up Soi 88 and have already been for a drive to find a few good restaurants...... My babe wants to eat prawns on Cha Am beach but that may wait until the exodus of locals back to Bangkok. I think midweek is better for that trip. Have even been to that new shopping mall Venezia, looks like that will be good when fully open.
Seems like some good info throughout the forum, cheers
