Monthly Room Rental Wanted Between 3k-5k per Month

Hi looking for monthly room rental in hua hin, between 3k-5k per month.

Nothing special needed just a secure room with wardrobe, bed and wifi.

I don't think we're meant to be posting this sort of stuff on here, but I also doubt any of the sponsors have rooms in the price range you mention, so I'll take a chance.


I know (well sort of know) a young Thai guy and his wife who have a block of small apartments/rooms that all cost between 3500 and 4500 per month. There is also a small house on the property which costs 5000 per month. I'm not sure if there's WiFi or not, but if not, I'm sure it could be arranged. The rooms are located about 100 meters past the soi 6 junction if you are heading north along the klong road.

As I've said, I don't really know him, but him and his wife are certainly a decent bunch, and their little daughter sometimes comes around here to play with my kids. His English is poor but you can get by as long as you talk slowly.

If you're interested let me know and I'll try to get his number for you.

Swifty, I'm not allowed to post contact details, but a friend of mine recently looked for a place similar to what you're looking for, and found several condos in the Soi 94 area (some brand new) that meet exactly what you're asking for, and well within your price bracket. Basically, they are there for the taking, but it means booking into a cheap hotel for a couple of nights and walking up to see what is available.

the lux up 88 on hen lek fai 5k a month and 5 mins from town on a bike

That last post has reminded me, if you take the Hin Lek Fire road from Soi 88, a couple of hundred yards along the road there's a sign advertising something like 300 Baht/day or 3000 Baht/month. Don't know if it's free Wi-Fi though.

yes someone mentioned soi 88 area last time I was in hua hin but was too lazy to go look around there.
will spend a couple of days driving round and then park myself somewhere.
