A friend needs a 2-3 bed pool villa for himself and his wife for December, his booking fell through and he had already bought his air ticket. He wants to pay about 28000THB and be within 3-4km of the clock tower.

Is it possible to get a pool villa for $30 a night, possibly a condo or guest house but surely not a villa.

I was curious if someone does pm about a house for rent are those messages being spied on? I have no info on any houses and respect the rules. I just thought I would ask since there is all this talk in the news about spying on peoples emails and such.

Just to clarify things, we do NOT spy on or read private messages but we do have a good idea who will be using them to freeload with their property rentals. We also ask any members that are PMd by others offering property to inform us so that we can disable the service.
Advertising property on this website is ridiculously cheap and we take no commissions so really have little tolerance for freeloaders. Additionally all posts in the classifieds section need moderator approval exactly for this reason. Our policies on this are not really open for discussion so this thread is now locked.
