Just seen this in Bangkok Post. According to the report the family were from Hua Hin and were returning from Cha-Am at the time of the accident.
Anyone know anymore, i.e. where did the accident take place? Where is highway 37?

37 is the section of highway 4 or AH2 that is the bypass of Cha-Am and Hua Hin from Cha-Am to Pranburi.
Old Petchkasem, direct from Cha-Am to Hua Hin is also Highway 4.
