Ronaldo tantrum

Post by dtaai-maai »

I don't know how old this is, but if you scroll down n this Daily Mail page there's a hilarious clip of Ronaldo spitting out his dummy when Nani nicks a goal from him.

Actually, if you look closely, the ball seems to have already crossed the line when Nani heads it, but that's really not the point!

It's at the bottom of the page under the heading most watched video sports. What is interesting is that the scorer (Nani I assume) is actually offside so the goal shouldn't have stood.

To be fair to Ronaldo, Nani had just cancelled out quite a special bit of skill, due to his own (Nani's) greediness.

Who wouldn't be upset that their work had been filed into the folder of 'nothingness' because of the greed of others? As a footballer (or any profession for that matter), you want to see the rewards of your effort.

When it's suddenly taken away in a split second by a moment of madness, sure... you're gonna be pissed.

All that said, I couldn't really give a damn about Ronaldo, Nani or the teams that they play in. I'm just looking forward to Spurs lifting a few trophies this year. :D

P.S. Apologies if I offended with my post in the 'Russel Brand' thread... was having a hard day. Seems to happen quite a lot.
