90 day reporting after absence from Thailand

Been out of the country for over 2 months.
My 90 days was up on my Retirement Visa July 15th.
When do I have to go in for the 90 day.
Now, or 90 days from when I just entered last week?

The 90 day starts from when you return from when you return. In theory you should report to Imm after returning to get a new 90 day date, but providing you attend within 90 days of returning, I am sure they don't impose any fine.

This has been posted time and time again. The form that you use for 90 days clearly states:

"Form for Alien to notify of staying in the Kingdom longer the 90 days"

There has been much discussion about reporting to local Immigration within 24 hours of your return. Most people do not do it, and those that do not have never had a problem. In the case that you do elect to report 24 hours it has nothing to do with 90 days and you will not get a "new" 90 day date.

Maybe we are saying the same Nerus, but if you do report to Imm within 1-2 days they will give you a new reporting date, 90 days from when you re entered the Kingdom.

Keep in mind that the day you entered Thailand counts as day #1. So your 90 day report is actually due 89 days after you arrived.

Last time I was late (threw my back out while I was out of town, and missed the seven-day grace period, too...) I was given a choice of "Fine B2,000 with receipt, or B1,000 with no receipt." Save a tree, I say, no need receipt.

I just returned and like good immigrant went to do 24hr reporting and the lady who sits at the desk outside told me no need to do anymore.
