food license help needed

Hello I 'm getting my small food shop/Cafe ready and my accountant said that I need a food license if I want to serve people. Plus alcohol, tobacco and music license. So she suggested a Thai lady who can help and here its all started.
This lady said that I need to get my place ready and functioning in order to obtain a food license She even said that I have my fridges to be filled with food prior the commission comes
I got my drain filter installed, bought a furniture and fire extinguisher, made a hand wash sink and toilet access for customers, hung a sign outside, planning to buy utensils and plates soon.

Here my question what else do I need to do and can someone recommend a helper to do that license
cause my Thai lady/helper asked a fortune for her "service".
I know that alcohol, tobacco and music licenses are relatively inexpensive (around 5000 for a package)

Hi Gregga

It sounds like someone is trying to scare you unnecessarily.
You will need a food and an alcohol licence, but these are not difficult to get - though they do have to be obtained from different places!
You only need a tobacco licence if you sell cigarettes or tobacco.
As for the music licence, there are various options.
Are you going to have live music, for example?
If you're just going to have non-live background music, it is not necessary to have a music licence as long as you get the music from a source that has already paid the copyright fees.
My gf has had 2 restaurants/cafés and always done the licence procedure herself without any problems arising.

I'm not planing to bring Red Hot Chili Peppers in my place for sure ( even if I wanted so - my place is about 30sq.meters) So I'll be playing music from Internet and yes I will get that license in one package with alcohol and tobacco. My only concern is that food license that I need to get.
