You can get good quality frame-less folding mattresses that you just put on the floor at Winners and at Market Village. They fold in in two places making them small enough to put into a closet when not in use.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

i bought an infLatable queen size mattress from homepro,which is quite comfortable,another alternative to a fold away bed

We bought a couple very similar to your photo a few years ago. The shop is on the left-hand side as you go towards Cha-am. It's a town-house style shop and they often have chairs, etc. on the pavement. Sorry to be a bit vague, but it's not one of the big fancy furniture stores. The beds were not on display, but we found them upstairs in their mattress department.
