hi looking for some advice coming to hua hin 74 days i know i can get 60 day tourist visa then hopefully extension when i am here or is there any other way i could do it many thanks

60-day tourist visa + 30 day extension would seem to be the easiest was to do it.

Ditto above. Cost of 30 day extension is 1,900 THB and is easily obtainable.

i got 60 day visa thank you when i fill out imigration card at bkk do i put length of stay 60 days thank you

Yes.
There's also a place for you to enter the visa number. Lastly, always check that the Imm officer has given you the 60 days and not 30. Mistakes can and do happen and it's far easier to rectify the slip there and then rather than a few days later.
