 If anybody's going, be prepared for a lot of noise. I thought I could hear artillery fire earlier, but there's more rhythm to it now - I guess they're up there rehearsing.

We went to the first two of them years ago. It was an enjoyable evening. They didn't have rock music then though. I don't know how much it costs now but back then we paid 1k baht per person for VIP seating and open bar if I remember correctly (could have been 2k pp, that was 9 and 10 years ago and my memory is failing).
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Been listening to them practice all kinds of music up there today. The rock band just did a pretty good rendition of "Roll Over Beethoven"! :thumb:

 Trying to watch the Man U vs Newcastle match at home. They've just turned the volume up on the hill - can't hear the TV :butt:

I reckon poor old Terry will need new ear drums after this.

^ Yep, the rock band sounded pretty good from my front porch. I've been listening between 9 and 10:30 and they've done pretty good covers of "Fever" made famous by Peggy Lee in the U.S., "Satisfaction" (Rolling Stones), "You Don't Know What It's Like (to love somebody the way I love you)" (Made famous by the Bee Gees), Rollover Beethoven (Chuck Berry in the U.S), Johnny Be Good (Chuck Berry!), "The Wanderer" (recorded by the Dions), and "In The Sunshine of Your Love" (Cream).

I felt like I was near the Thai version of Woodstock!

I can just hear it good enough, thanks to the wind from the north, to wish I would have gone. I was just too trafficed out from the last few days. I just can't pay 2K also. Sure reminds me of the 60's and 70' concerts I found ways to get in for free. Free in Golden gate park too.
