Soi 94 Roadworks

Post by Big Boy »

I've just driven past the Soi 94 junction that goes up past Suay Vista and Khun Oy Restaurant. I notice that there are some pretty major roadworks taking place (not before time), and I guess that stretch of road will be closed for a few days.

Looks like they are going to do that road all the way to the cement section in front of Yamsaard school as they have huge concrete storm drain pipes stacked on both sides of the road to that point. Inconvenient now but will be great in the future as I now live out that way.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Have you seen the motorcyclists still using the road on all of that mud? It's quite pitiful watching them slipping, sliding and generally getting filthy. Which part of 'Road Closed' don't they understand?

Yes I have seen them and it is funny. Reminds me of some old motocross competitions I used to see on muddy tracks back home.
