Hi all!
Does anyone have recommendations on where to buy a sunbed. I'm looking for something like the ones you can rent on the beach. It doesn't have to be so heavy and robust, but it is important that you can put down the backrest and get a completely flat bed. I'm not looking for something fancy and expensive brand model. Something locally made and hopefully reasonable cheap is more what I want.
Any ideas are much appreciated!

Are you looking for wood or plastic? Wood will be 2-3 times as much as plastic and of course much heavier. Plastic ones at Makro are about 2,500 to 3,000 baht.

theres a place just past chaam, near santini water park thats makes the type you see next to most hotel pools ,folds flat etc . price wise i think 2000 baht or near enough last time i had some made ,

I can think of both materials. As long as it's reasonably stable and worth the money, the material isn't really important. I will probably take a look at the ones at Makro.Dannie Boy wrote:Are you looking for wood or plastic? Wood will be 2-3 times as much as plastic and of course much heavier. Thanks. I guess that you mean Santorini Park, a little bit north of Cha Am? Do anyone know the location more exactly. Sometimes it's really hard to find these kind of places when you don't know exactly what you are looking for.ste860 wrote:theres a place just past chaam, near santini water park thats makes the type you see next to most hotel pools ,folds flat etc . price wise i think 2000 baht or near enough last time i had some made ,

There is a place that makes a lot of wood furniture right after the bend going from HH to Khao Takiab. It's right on the front of the road on the left side, I'm not sure which Soi though sorry, but it's hard to miss.
Re: Where to by sunbed
its on the same bit of road as the santorini park set back about 30 metres ,you cant miss it she has lots of tables and chairs all piled up ,i go past about once a month .
