Ribs and Tex Mex

Post by kendo »

Hi any recommendations please for the best Rack of ribs and Tex Mex in town, also the location of the Brazilian restaurant.
When in Hua Hin I like to take my stepson to eat and discover food from around the world.

It's on the right about half way up on the stretch between Petchkasem and the railway crossing.

My vote for ribs to coco beach, opposite the Hilton. Our mex restaurant has just relocated to a mid town location.

American BarBQue above McD's is good if you get the ribs the day they are cooked. So you hav ego find out what day they cook and go then. They only cook once a week and then reheat.

I guess you are thinking about this one in Cha Am?

Samba Thai
The Brazilian Steak House
The Venezia, 1898 Petchkasem Rd.
(Sai Tai) Cha Am Sub-District,
Petchaburi 76120

I am planning to eat there when I get down to Hua Hin in March.

My MIL who lives in Ubon always complains the ribs in the HH markets have big bones and little meat.

Any one recommend a source of meaty, uncooked ribs?

not the best recommendation- the ribs are good once a week

The best ribs and Tex Mex (although some of it would be considered California Mex) can be had in the same location... Terrace 90.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Totally agree. This was a warning not a recommendation. Although if you catch the day of cooking, they are tasty.

I've had decent Ribs at both Montri, by the Hilton and at Grand Steak; in the Grand Market.

Couldn't say how they compare to ribs elsewhere; because it's not something I generally eat but at both places the courses were both plentiful and enjoyable.

I've had ribs at Terrace 90 and El Murphy's. Both were very good.
