It appears to be a poll of what we think the highest percentage of responses to a poll that has not yet been done (a poll where the respondents are asked 'Brits, why did you come to Thailand?') will be.

A better poll might have had more defined options such as

Can you tell when your brain is in it's normal psychoactive state.
Option 1: Yes
Option 2: No
Option 3: Maybe, but I think I'll do a poll to see what people think the answers to this poll might be before I do this poll.
