ROV Pilot/Tech (Trainee) looking for help to find job

I need any valuable help from offshore guys =)
I have just finished my ROV Pilot/Tech 2 Course (full one for 7 weeks with Sub Net Services Ltd.) and now struggling to put my foot into industry - it turns out very hard cause of closed circuit: no job - no experience, no experience - no job...
If someone have any real advice or can pull me in as a trainee I will pray for that guy =)))
Yeah, about myself, I stay in Hua Hin, I'm russian, 27 y/o, with fluent english and kind heart, ready to become best - just looking for right door...

Sure, sending my CV to all companies, so far no replies... Hard time to put foot in door)
Anyway I'll find my way, with someone's help or without, just trying all possibilities.
May be someone will see my post, meet me in Hua Hin and feel to help me after few beers? =)
