Waiting for acceptance from Captain Pete. I notice that it's a predominantly English group which gives the minority a running start... we're general going to predict ourselves a win when in reality it's anything but.

The usual hype that surrounds England in these tournaments doesn't seem to have gathered any moss as yet.

Are we in for a pleasant surprise, say quarter/semi finals?

Or are we in for the usual disappointment?

Looking at the group we have, I suspect that we are in for a whole new level of let down.

2 draws and a defeat at best.....wait for the premier league to start.

Ouch.....all of you guys should be getting a reminder email from Superbru probably yesterday or the day before? I didn't as I made round 1 picks about 3-4 days ago. I think there about 75,000 playing in the pools so a lot of email reminders for them to send.

EDIT: I just looked....112,000 players!
