This depends much upon the size, type of doors required (if at all) etc. The usual way here is to have them made to measure (the security gates anyway). The doors can be purchased locally ranging from 1,000 baht to 3,000 baht depending upon type of wood and design. A door security gate is going to cost in the region of 1,500 baht per door. Windows again depend upon size but will start at about 1,000 baht per window.
I can get you details of suppliers and fitters if needed.
A few words of advice.
If you are going to replace the doors, choose and supply the doors yourself. Use polyurathane especially on outside doors or doors that get direct sunlight.
Make sure the metal security gates are fitted properly and securely before parting with the cash. Sometimes the supplier will ask for the cost of materials before hand which also act as as a deposit. The amount should be about half the total cost of the finished product.
Get a contract set up with the installer to cover the above and other things like painting and post fitting testing.
Buy the locks yourself. Get the hardened steel padlocks not the easy to pick cheap Chinese ones. The high quality locks can be purchased at Tesco in packs of one, two, three or four with master keys or one key fits all types and come in a variety of sizes. Get the largest possible. This way you will get suitable locks at the right price and you alone will know the location of all the keys that were supplied with locks.
I have seen one case of someone spending 10,000 baht on metal security window fittings only to find the burglar slipping the window catch with a screwdriver and undoing the whole assembly with the same screwdriver. He even replaced the metal fitting and closed the window before leaving through the front door.
Without buying new doors I think you are looking at around 20,000 baht at the most.
