Mothers Day long weekend, Aug 9-12

Don`t forget the coming weekend is an extended holiday, Monday and Tuesday.
Expect the usual inundation of Bangkokians, so those that need it better get some
supplies in.

Reckon it's started already. The there loads of young Thais wandering about from Khao Takieb to HH when I was going that way this morning. And there seemed to be larger numbers of "mega cars" on the roads.

Will the restrictions apply to only Mon and Tues or for the entire 4 days?
Regarding Bangkokians, about 15 of them with bags tried to get onto the baht bus today.

Normally, it's just the 12th that is supposed to be a dry day but I've seen nothing written anywhere that says what the licensing restrictions are this year.
