It is not a case of being afraid. The owners of this site operate within the rules laid down by Thai Law.

If you wish to make unsubstantiated claims against any organisation, contact Admin with your true identity and contact detail first. Once satisfied the information provided is genuine, you will be given permission to post your allegations. In the event of any deformation of character case being brought, it will be your details presented to the authorities, not those of the forum owner.

Let's be fair here. The 'owners' of the site are liable for legal action if people make accusations they can't substantiate. I'm not doubting your word for one moment, but "It happened to me, honest guv" doesn't really count as evidence.

If someone really wants to know the name of the bar in question, there is the PM or e-mail option.

EDIT: Missed the grim reaper's post. (By the way, it's 'defamation'! :duck: )
