Done Nok and AA. Both good otherwise but AA seems to have a lot of delays. The worst for me was 5 hours in Penang (because it didn't serve any beer, the airport I mean) and missed my connecting flight to CM and couldn't get another one that day so had to go for the twinkling lights of BKK.

You could try Yorkshire airlines but they only fly from Leeds to Leeds
