^ As some have mentioned above, I think the video surfaced as it's now useful for what they want to achieve. The army cleanup of Pattaya is on hold, as compared to Phuket, HH, Phi Phi etc., to see if the city can do it themselves. The video is a "last chance" IMO before they tell the city the army will do it.

Wow, what a country! I wish the sand kicking bullies in my childhood could have been deported! :wink:
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
