I live in Condo Chain 9 floors up and located almost opposite the Bangkok hospital
Corner unit with views and balconies facing west and north. Because of the corner location I have a view south west to north east. So view of the mountains to the west and views of the gulf to the east
Large living room with 2 balconies and large bedroom with one balcony. Kitchen area, bathroom with shower and tub. Don't know the dimensions but for a couple it is more than adequate.
Aircon but not used due to height and favourable winds.
Private lease so billed direct for electricity (no condo cut).
Internal inclusive facilities include good pool (not over crowded) sparse gym, corner mom and pop shop. 711 50 metres away
Access to the beach is about 300 metres. Walkable to the centre of town in about 20 minutes.
Condo mix is probably 60% Thai 10% farang permanent residents and the rest rentable either through the condo management or 3rd part agents (cowboys)
Good security, well managed and generally an amicable community if you get to mingle
This is my view entirely. So I stand corrected by any who may want to correct, add or dispute my assessment.

Pretty old establishment but solid and very few problems regarding water or power supply. Some units are not up to scratch others have been renovated and very presentable

Bottom end it's around 8K a month. Top end, well I don't know but would hazard a guess at 15 to 25k
