never have any problem with appliances from DK were we use 230 w,only have trouble with cheap adaptors here in TH.

Yes, absolutely true for small equipment, but you cannot apply the same blanket reasoning to all electrical equipment.

The question was asked regarding the supply in Thailand. The answer was given to help explain some of the reasons for the OP. :cheers:

I wonder how they collect the fine? :shock:
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
