4G spectrum auction in doubt: Thailand's telecom industry racked by politics, legal battles

Re: 4G spectrum auction in doubt
Well there's a surprise. Am I right in saying little old Laos already has 4G?
To be honest, I can get by fine as it is in Thailand (regarding the Internet) but I hope the bickering children that rule the country continue to do so on this matter. It will allow others here and the rest of the world to witness just how backwards Thailand is. Other countries in the area are moving forward in regards to technology and infrastructure (the two main things that shows a country's ambition) whereas Thailand will never move forward with the current mindset.
I don't think brain transplants are readily available yet either, so Thailand is fu@#ed.
I do enjoy it here on good days btw, I just don't think the place stands a chance in the future.
