Theres a lady on the top floor of the same building as Sirada language centre. Helps with funds etc.

Of course they do - along with many others. This doesn't mean that, if the powers-that-be decide a crackdown is required, those same officers won't do a u-turn. After a bit of searching I found an accounting firm to help me process the application in country. Have to spend a day travelling to Bangkok and back but could be worse...
