Re: 90 day reporting
I did my most recent 90 day check-in by mail. The registered mail took one week from Cha Am to Hua Hin Immigration. I soon received a notice that my 90 day visit was successful and the applicable paperwork was returned to me in the self addressed envelope I provided with the appropriate postage stamps applied.
Unfortunately Thailand's finest in immigration mailed me a document for one Swedish fellow named Andersson Bo Dennis while I am an American named Donald Allen Tetley. It is easy for me to see how the hard working people in immigration could be confused since Swedish fellows named Andeersson and American fellows named Tetley all look exactly the same. I will return Mr Andersson's scrap of useless paper to Thailand's finest in immigration NLT tomorrow.
However, if someone knows Mr Andersson and can ask him to contact me at 0857887181 or donaltetley@gmail.com we might be able to exchange documents without confusing the good folks on soi 19. However, I do regret that I think someone else got my paper and believe there are many of us visiting Thailand's finest Immigration Police on soi 19 to assist them in their daily task.

Re: 90 day reporting
What passport pages must be photocopied for the 90 day report? I've never paid much attention, but after getting locked in a scrum for 10 minutes in front of the photocopy clerk last time, seems bringing copies could be easier.
I'm on a type 'O' for retirement visa. The obvious pages are: data page, last entry stamp, current permission to stay stamp. But it seems like one is missing.

Re: 90 day reporting
I just did my 90 day today. I remember last time there was a special desk just for 90 day, but not anymore. You have to press button '2' on the machine in the main room, I was 24 numbers behind the current one. Not a single new number was announced for 25 minutes, place packed with 40 people inside and another 20 outside.
Along comes a girl whispering "90 day, 90 day". I jumped up and handed her my form and passport. Another 5 or so people also handed theirs in. 5 minutes later she walked out with my passport, I thanked her and ran for the door.
Imagine what that place would be like if they rubbed two brain cells together.

I did mine on the 12th January. The helping desk had gone from outside. Walked straight up to the 90 day desk inside, gave him my passport. After a couple of keystrokes the form was printed out and all I had to do was sign it! Was probably at the desk for 2 mins.

I reported something very similar a week ago viewtopic.php?f=9&t=28301&start=25mwbrown wrote:I just did my 90 day today. Re: 90 day reporting
Easiest 90 day report I've done.............
Three of us had the same 90 day report window so after completing the TM47 we handed our passports to a friends knowledgeable Thai wife and we sat back in an Isaan food restaurant in soi 80 while she drove to Immigration and did the business
She arrived to find at least 40 people milling around but managed to hear a lady call '90 days reporting anyone?'
Announced herself to the lady and gave her the 3 passports with documents. Done and dusted in minutes.
Before my second Chang Export and my Isaan food arrived our passports were delivered back to us duly processed.
I've no doubt she was lucky and possibly jumped the queue but TIT. There's always many ways to solve a problem
Next time I go to the post office I'll take her with me
Anybody want to join our window? Commission fee is minimal ( or three)

I haven't done it myself for years - there is simply no need.

Do you mean you personally don't report or you don't report at all?

Re: 90 day reporting
Because anyone can do it for you - 90 day reporting is not something you have to do in person.
