The Japanese teacher that complained about being treated shoddily and ripped-off by taxi drivers at Suvarnabhumi Airport in January (and it went viral on the internet) has had the same treatment....again.
Seems he invited a bunch of teachers over to do some charity work for disadvantaged slum children and they all got screwed again at the airport by the taxi fascists.

Seems to be the same old case of someone complains or dies and then some pencil-pushing type announces this, that and the other to the media in response to deflect the incoming...only for nothing to happen and the same cynical shit carries on as before (who cares?). They just don't really care about issues, are unwilling to assert any authority or are simply unable to when it comes to taxi mafia and many other types of this monster too that inhabits every corner of everything here.
They are pro at fine words, misdirection and sooth-saying......as substance to anything is just an abstract concept given lip service by the cynical to appease the stupid.

Hate to generalise but Asian taxi drivers generally become thieving bastards when anyone not from their country (or even province) gets into their cab.

A swift conclusion?
THE Land Transport Department has swiftly punished three taxi drivers – two for charging Japanese passengers more than their meter-based fares and the other for abandoning his passengers........
