Professional laundry

Post by joejoe »

Hello everybody,
can you please recommend a reliable and professional laundry?
I'm looking for people who can really do their job, as most of those mamas & papas laundries had just ruined my clothes.
Thank you.

Is one that does uniforms of local businesses professional enough? I've used the same shop for 5 years. They've never damaged an item. Using dryers means it is always returned dry. In five years they lost 1 shirt and once I got a pair of sox that weren't mine. Going west on 94, turn left after crossing the train tracks and canal. They're about 50m along, in a shop fronting the street.

Thank you Homer, I'll check them out.
Never had any problem washing these clothes in Europe but after moving here I see the colors fading out and the polos getting smaller.
I guess they use very cheap detergent and use dry machines when they shouldn't.

Very few shops will use a drying machine - they use the free sun rays, which in turn contribute to the colours fading faster than normal.
