I've never used it, but I drive past a sign a couple of times each day outside Condo Chain advertising visa runs. The sign is pointing towards the shops at the base of Condo Chain.

Its not as far as Soi 89. About 100 yards South of Bangkok Hospital on your left. You can't miss it, it's a huge yellow building (just about the largest on that stretch).

i found it at that location..no problem.
they arrange 2 differents tours.
one that is 2500 bth,and one 3200 bth-7 hour service to raynoong,that i opted for.
not cheap..but fast.
